beginning simply as a scribble, ruthe became the very first annexed child of Pemmetie! Dreamcast Studios.

ruthe is mostly known as the face of our union, and our beloved protector. 

ruthe’s first appearance occurs in the fated story of 'ruthe & pepil', where the duke of freedom (ruthe), and the duchess of art roam endlessly throughout the lands of pemmetie, a world where the fields smile and the trees laugh eternally, worshiping every move of our personages. the story concludes with a common tragedy, where one decides to sacrifice themselves in order for the other to live.

losing the only person ruthe has ever cared for, he must live with such fate for eternity.
